At Creative Threadwork all digitizing is done in-house. This enables us to specifically create a design to best suit the fabric of the garment or item on which it will be embroidered. For example, the same density, pull compensation and underlay of stitches in a design cannot be the used on a fleece sweatshirt, a woven shirt and a cap. Outsourced digitizing relies on this “one size fits all” philosophy.

Once final client approval has been received for the digitized design, at Creative Threadwork we use state-of-the-art computerized embroidery equipment to sew the design. This embroidery equipment includes not only the embroidery machine itself, but also hoops, clamps and frames which hold the item during the embroidery process. Backings, toppings and stabilizers are also appropriately used to ensure that the detail of each and every design will be sewn to its greatest potential. Suggested items to embellish:
